Store Currency & Conversion Fees

All product prices and transactions on our store are listed and billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If your bank account or payment card uses a different local currency, your financial institution may convert the total amount and apply foreign exchange rates or cross-border fees independently of LYYMVALL.

Pending Pre-Authorizations

Your card provider may show a temporary pending authorization charge prior to finalizing the order payment. A pending hold is not a final charge. If a transaction attempt fails, the timeframe for the pre-authorization hold to clear depends entirely on your bank's internal policies.

Promo Codes & Discount Vouchers

Promotional coupon codes must be entered into the designated discount field during checkout before placing your order. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously completed orders, redeemed for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless specified.

Refund Processing & Card Credit

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used during checkout. Once LYYMVALL issues a refund, your card issuer or bank may take a few additional business days to reflect the returned funds in your statement balance.
